I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the service was genuinely incredible and the location was very convenient, just a short drive to the heart of Ubud. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the noise from birds and frogs made for restless nights. While the dining experience was pleasant, it could use some improvement. Overall, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home, but a few upgrades in the room would enhance the stay significantly.
